In the garden....

My daughter and I painted these lady bugs today on these rocks.  They turned out pretty cute.  I spray painted the red on and used outdoor craft paint for the black.   A very special touch to the flower garden.  

Happenings in the garden....

My tomatoes are ripening.  Can't wait to eat my first one, which should be real soon. 

The Daylilys are in bloom and adding some pretty color to my front yard.

What's happening in the garden....

My cherry tomatoes are doing great; lots of them on all my plants.

Herb/Tomato Garden

My herb and tomato garden has really taken on well.  I ate my first cherry tomato yesterday, which I thought seemed rather early.  It's been wonderful including fresh basil in lots of my recipes.    

Watering Can

Great find today.  This tin watering can cost me only $3.00.  It's missing the spout, but I'm just placing it in my garden for decor, so it will do just fine.
